This site doesn't track you.
A plain-English note on what this website and I do with information, written to be read, not skimmed past. Effective 2026-06-10.
What this site does not do
- No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking of any kind.
- No analytics that profile you. If I measure traffic at all, it will be cookie-free, aggregate-only counting (how many visits, not who you are).
- No selling or renting anyone's information, ever.
- Downloading the AI-Readiness Self-Check sends me nothing. There is no form behind it on purpose.
What I collect, and only when you choose to give it
- If you email me: your email address and whatever you write. It stays in my business mailbox.
- If you book a call: the name, email, and answers you enter into the scheduling form. Scheduling runs on Calendly (see Calendly's privacy notice).
- If we talk about working together: I keep simple contact notes in a CRM (HubSpot; see HubSpot's privacy notice) so I remember our conversation.
If we work together
Client work is governed by a written agreement, and I sign NDAs by default before any company data is shared. Two standing rules from how I run engagements: I vet every tool for how it handles your data, and I never put your information into AI systems that train on it.
Hosting and fonts, for completeness
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which sees standard web-server logs, and its typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google when the page opens. Neither sets tracking cookies on this site. If I move the fonts onto this site's own hosting later, this page will say so.
Your choices
Write to contact@yavesta.com and ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. There is no account to manage and no mailing list to unsubscribe from at this time.
Questions about any of this: contact@yavesta.com. This is a plain-language summary of my actual practices, kept deliberately simple rather than written as a legal contract.
